Fellowship Diploma

(CIFellow)

(specialising in governance or compliance)

The Calder Institute Fellowship Diploma is a six-month advanced program for leaders who are responsible for the performance, compliance, and strategic direction of healthcare and care organisations.

It is designed for those who are already operating in leadership roles, or who are preparing to step into them, and who need to strengthen their capability across law, governance, workforce management, and organisational performance.

This program goes beyond short-form learning. It brings together legal understanding, compliance systems, and leadership capability into a single, integrated experience focused on real organisational challenges.

A Different Level of Learning

Unlike traditional programs, the Fellowship Diploma is not built around passive content delivery.

It combines:

  • structured modules

  • guided self-directed learning

  • applied case work

  • and direct 1:1 engagement with a dedicated Teaching Fellow

From the outset, you will be working through real-world scenarios that reflect the complexity of leading in care environments.

The program is designed to develop not just knowledge, but judgement.

You will learn how to:

  • interpret legal and regulatory requirements in context

  • make decisions that hold under scrutiny
