Certified Compliance Manager (CCCM) - Exam Only

The Certified Compliance Manager (CCCM) credential is for experienced compliance professionals who want formal recognition of their skills — without committing to a full course. It’s an exam-only certification that verifies your capability in governance, audits, risk management and senior decision-making in Australian healthcare settings.

If you’ve been leading compliance work for years but lack a formal qualification, CCCM bridges that gap. The assessment focuses on real-world application, not textbook memorisation. This certification aims to recognise professionals who demonstrate integrity, accountability and strong regulatory understanding in their roles.

The exam consists of:

  • A take-home home with a combination of multiple choice (pick best answer from 5 options, and true/false questions); short response; and, a brief case study response question.

  • You are given 24 hours from dispatch of the exam to you, to complete and return it.

  • You then complete a viva voce (spoken) examination with a Teaching Fellow, to confirm your communication abilities and understanding of covered knowledge areas. This lasts for 30 minutes.

Passing the CCCM exam signals to employers and peers that you operate at a high level of compliance expertise — the kind that keeps organisations safe, ethical, and ready for the future. You can choose to take this examination with a specialisation in either:

  • Disability / NDIS

  • Aged Care

  • Mental Health

  • Allied Health

  • Advocacy Practice

  • General Practice (Medical Centres)

  • Or, non-specialised, with questions taken from each area of practice in the exam you sit.
